How do we know if we are stuck in a false narrative?
The recent election has highlighted the ongoing division in the United States. We need to understand how we got here, what motivates people, and why we keep repeating the same patterns. Even more importantly, how do we move forward with a vision for ourselves and the world that is hopeful and kind?
Our society is evolving, but that change starts with our individual evolutions. This episode is a reminder to trust in your own power again. The internet is drowning us in information, but it is time to quiet the noise. Now, more than ever, we must be careful to not get sucked into false narratives, groupthink, and echo chambers.
